Todd recorded some beats, Dean took Fook's guitar from another recording and stretched it out over the drum tracks, then played a Microkorg synth over it and then a few other keyboards. The train sound is the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad whistle passing through Boone, Iowa. The banter in the middle is from Obsidian's Dream band practice, and you can hear a large number of beer botles being accidently knocked over and ensuing laughter. The last few seconds of the song are also from a band practice, taken from the end of the song "Mama."
